Basic usage dataWhich pages were visited and which ads brought people here. Used to decide what to make next and where to advertise.
Anything you send usMessages, feedback, and any self-tape you choose to submit. Tapes are never shared outside the context you submitted them in.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run this: a payment processor, an email platform, a course platform, a website host, and analytics and advertising tools. Each gets the minimum required. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising

We run ads on platforms including Meta and Google, and those platforms may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a purchase. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your account settings on each platform, and through your browser's cookie controls.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing emails until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click link and it works. Anything else, until it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will handle it within thirty days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR or the CCPA; those rights apply and you do not need to cite them for us to help.

Children
