Access to pre-recorded video courses and downloadable materials. One-off courses are yours indefinitely, including updates. The Green Room is a subscription: access continues while you are a member and ends when you stop.
Thirty days on one-off courses, no questions asked, no explanation required. Email us one line and it is refunded. Green Room subscriptions can be cancelled any time from inside the members' area and will not renew; we do not refund part-months, and there is no retention call.
We teach a craft. We do not promise you will book work, get an agent, or be cast. Anyone who promises that is selling you something else. Results depend on you, on the work, and on a lot of luck.
The courses are licensed to you personally. Please don't share your login, re-upload the videos, or redistribute the workbooks. We can suspend access for that. Everything on this site, including the video, text, images and the materials, remains our copyright.
If you post a self-tape or a comment inside the Green Room, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to display it within the community for that purpose. We will not use your tape in advertising without asking you first and getting a yes in writing.
Some techniques involve personal memory. Our stated policy is that you never dig into your worst experiences to make a scene work, and the courses teach it that way. Nothing here is therapy or a substitute for it. If something surfaces that needs real support, please speak to a professional.
Speiser/Sturges Acting Studio is a separate business with its own terms, policies and payments. Buying anything here gives you no rights in respect of the studio, and vice versa.
Tell us first. Most problems are an access issue and take a minute to fix. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us.
